Believe in Dreams and DoSomething.org are partnering for a one-night-only exclusive concert at Carnegie Hall to celebrate incredible young people taking action in their communities. Featuring performances by Chandler Lutz and other well-known artists, all event proceeds will go towards granting dreams through The Believe in Dreams Foundation.
